Refund Policy (Not valid for LAY BYs and Special Orders)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund. Here’s how it works:
- Eligibility: You can request a refund within 48 Hours of your purchase or delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Process: Contact our Customer service team at info@dongmofurniture.co.za or call +27 11 333 2448 or whatsapp +27 784 945 637. Provide your order/code number and reason for the refund request.
- Inspection: Once we receive your request, we will review it and inspect the item. If it meets our criteria, we will process your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Note:
– We do not do Refund on any Lay Bys . Therefore we allow you to exchanges and take something else/items to cover the amount that you paid.
– No Cancellation or exchange is allowed on Special orders after 48 hours of confirmation/payment. See General terms and condition for more info.
Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a straightforward returns policy:
- Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. - Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged at the time you received it. In this specific case exchange will be free of charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will make it right:

Provide details and photos of the damage or defect part. - Resolution: We will arrange for a repair or a replacement, based on your preference and the nature of the issue.
